Mark Harvey

Mark, who qualified in 1977, is the senior partner. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge 1994.  Mark has breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in all kinds of complex civil litigation from commercial to family matters.  He frequently sits judicially in Brighton and other cities. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. 

Sue Harvey

Sue qualified in 1978 after a law degree at King’s College London. Sue is the Practice Manager and also undertakes some property and probate work.

Nathan Metcalfe

Nathan qualified in 1995. He is based in Liss and deals with residential and commercial conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant, wills and probate. He has a large number of clients who have instructed him over many years. Outside the office, he enjoys shooting and other country sports and pastimes including farming. 

James Ambrose

James qualified in 1982, following a law degree at Cambridge. He is based in our Bordon office and deals with Company and Commercial Matters, property, probate and employment law.  James has a breadth of experience in civil court work and enjoys advocacy.

Tamsyn Windle

Tamsyn qualified in 2004. Tamsyn brings an empathetic and conciliatory approach to family legal disputes in which she has specialised for six years.  She values a cordial solicitor/client relationship alongside diligence and careful legal analysis of a range of problems in divorce, ancillary relief, children law and speedy injunctions for domestic violence.
