We advise as to the alternatives for funding the proceedings (often through Legal expenses insurance or on a no win no fee basis).

Briefly,‘No win no fee’ means that you pay only expert’s and court fees etc, but none of our fees during the course o the proceedings. If you are unsuccessful, you do not pay any of our fees – we bear the loss. If you are successful, your opponents pay our fees.
