Resolving disputes
Disputes can cover an increasingly wide range of matters from boundary and property disagreements and conflicts with retailers, suppliers or service providers, to claims on the estate of someone who has passed away. They can also encompass repayment of debts or dealing with problems with contracts (employment or others), including landlord disputes.
The cost of legal action is always of extreme importance to clients. We give you full cost estimates and information at the outset and keep costs constantly under review. We explore alternative sources of funding such as legal expenses insurance (which clients often have without realising it) or if appropriate we might agree to act on your behalf under a conditional fee agreement (commonly known as ‘no win no fee’). We no longer take publicly funded work but are happy to check your eligibility for this and if you subsequently decide to apply for public funding, we can suggest other firms you might approach.
